Shipping methods and costs

We offer different shipping methods depending on your location and the availability of service providers in your area. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Shipping times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the estimated delivery time. Please note that the actual delivery time may differ from the estimated delivery time, depending on unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery. You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times for international orders may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Any customs fees or taxes applicable to international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping restrictions

We may not be able to ship certain products to certain locations due to legal or carrier restrictions. If you place an order for a product that cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements or cancel your order and process a refund.

Return policy

 

If your purchase was shipped within the European Union, under European Union law you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can submit a return request up to 14 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mayascircle.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Dries 16, 9112 Sinaai, Belgium. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to return your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. You can always contact us for questions about returns at info@mayascircle.com. 

Damages and problems : Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

Please note: custom-made products cannot be returned. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on sale or gift vouchers.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and show it in your account. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@mayascircle.com.
