Deep dive session (2.5-3 hours) (available in Dutch, English or French)
You have already received enough advice. From doctors, therapists, coaches. Everyone sees a piece, no one sees the whole.
You probably already know yourself that it is deeper. Not in your symptoms. Not in your behaviour. But in what you are unconsciously holding onto.
In this session:
- You tell me what is going on (without me interrupting or pushing you towards a protocol)
- I listen to what you say as well as what your body tells you
- I make the connections that you don't see because you are in the middle of them
- We map out where you are physiologically and mentally, and where you want to go
- You get targeted interventions, not general advice
You leave with: Clarity about what is really going on. Concrete steps that fit where YOU are now. And often: renewed energy because you are finally understood on all layers at once.
This is for you if you: Be ready to look at your whole system. Not just symptoms, but what lies underneath. Not just your behaviour or mindset, but what your body needs and what you subconsciously believe.
